This draining tray is super effective for making all types of cheese. What we like about it is that it is very easy to clean. We have tried and tested this and it really is the best!
We find that the cheese does not stick to our cheese mat like it does to other cheese mats. This ensures that your cheese has an undisturbed rind and has plenty of air circulating around the cheese.

1 x Large Draining Tray with high sides 35.5 x 20 x 5.5cm (for better whey collection)
1 x Narrow support tray (to hold your cheese mat at the correct height)
